En esta unidad, nos adentraremos en un terreno complejo y de gran actualidad: el derecho ambiental y los litigios climáticos. En un mundo donde las crisis ecológicas están llegando a los tribunales, el vocabulario jurídico y técnico se vuelve esencial para profesionales que necesitan discutir temas de responsabilidad corporativa, tratados internacionales y activismo legal.
