¿De qué va esta unidad?
En esta unidad, nos adentraremos en un terreno complejo y de gran actualidad: el derecho ambiental y los litigios climáticos. En un mundo donde las crisis ecológicas están llegando a los tribunales, el vocabulario jurídico y técnico se vuelve esencial para profesionales que necesitan discutir temas de responsabilidad corporativa, tratados internacionales y activismo legal. Para un estudiante de nivel C1, este tema es fundamental porque requiere la capacidad de manejar conceptos abstractos, matices de opinión y estructuras gramaticales sofisticadas que van más allá de la comunicación cotidiana.
