Question: You work for a local city council. The council is considering implementing a new "Smart City" initiative, which includes widespread sensor technology to monitor traffic, waste management, and energy usage. However, some residents are concerned about privacy and the cost of the technology.

Write a REPORT for the City Council, evaluating the potential benefits and drawbacks of the smart city initiative, and recommending whether or not the project should proceed.

• Structure: Para un report, utiliza subtítulos claros (e.g., Introduction, Benefits, Drawbacks, Conclusion/Recommendation). Esto facilita la lectura y demuestra control estructural.
