Some people find it easy to adapt to life's changes, while others struggle with the _ (3) of their long-held beliefs. This process of self-discovery can be _ (4), leading to a profound sense of growth. However, it can also be challenging to maintain a sense of _ (5) when our social roles shift so frequently. It is important to recognise that our personalities are not _ (6); they are shaped by both nature and nurture. A _ (7) approach to change allows us to embrace new aspects of ourselves without losing our core values. Ultimately, the search for identity is a _ (8) journey that lasts a lifetime.
